Who we are

We can look back on more than 21 years of working practice in Human Resources, organisational development, training and coaching in industry and want to share this experience with our customers. Our headquarters are based in Cologne, Germany and in January 2008 we opened our office in Berlin. Our customers are at home everywhere.
As consultants, trainers + coaches, we would like to encourage you to openly face new challenges, to try out new paths and to actively shape future change. We would like to accompany you on this journey – professionally, sensitively and creatively.
